The brief
The client traditionally relied on face-to-face engagement with students via their field team, however Covid-19 closed the dental schools to all external parties and this valuable relationship was lost.
The client wanted a programme developed to help initiate positive early relationships with future recommenders of their brands amongst dental students across all dental schools, in the absence of face-to-face contact.
Working with the Dental Students Association a programme of short Instagram Live/IGTV events was developed to support dental students in their studies, adapting to life at dental school and preparing for employment.
These Instagram Live/IGTV events were hosted by members of the Association and sponsored by the client.
The programme was delivered at zero cost to the client.
